Log into your account
Click on the My Account Info button
Change Fax 2 Email – Email – include the email addresses separated by commas

How to send an Email Fax:
Compose an email from your ZenFax authorized email address
Address your message using the phone number – 12223334444@zenfax.com
Put your password in the subject line “pass yourpassword”
Write your message it will appear on the cover page
Attach the documents you want to fax, PDF’s, Doc Files etc
Example: To send a fax to (360) 483-0999 your message would look like this.
From: youremail@yourdomain.com
To: 13604830999@zenfax.com
Subject: pass yourpassword
Message: The information in the email will be placed on the first/cover page, if you want to set up a template with your cover page info, or a macro to automate it you can.
Attachments: Myword.doc, mypdffile.pdf

What about my fax machine and oubound faxing?
You keep your existing fax machine, we will come to your site, re-wire to one of your existing lines so you can send outbound using your existing fax, or subscribe to fax via e-mail or direct fax from your computer or any Microsoft Office application!
I don’t have a fax machine or phone number!
No problem we will provide you with a dedicated fax number, and send faxes to your e-mail and you can start outbound faxing as well. Just ask us!
